Comcast Partners

Sales Partners

Many of our past successes have begun as referrals from our partners and business associates. As a result, we maintain a highly active Sales Partnership Program that provide individuals and companies with well defined processes and incentives for working with Comcast to generate new and profitable business together.

Our organization was established to challenge the status quo and deliver better IT Services for our clients.  In the process of pursuing this mission, we believe we have also fundamentally improved the value of a sales partnership for you.   With Comcast's focus on Speed, Accuracy and Integrity in everything we do, our capabilities are inherently partner friendly by providing:

  • A complete, national footprint enabing you to sell anywhere and receive the same, consistently high quality, fast, accurate, and transparent service from Comcast.
  • No cost, no obligation pilots that enable us to jointly prove our capabilities to prospects with limited risk to their organization.
  • Flat rate, predictable pricing with no surprise costs for you or the client.
  • A strong SLA, automated and consistent across ALL locations and a lifetime workmanship guarantee providing you and our joint customers with straightforward assurance that the job will be done  as expected by Comcast or it's on us.
  • Complete real-time, transparency to job scheduling and  service status so you are always in the know with what is happening with joint clients.

We know that when you introduce a partner capability and organization into your established client accounts you are putting your reputation on the line.  We take that seriously and act accordingly.  You can count on us to deliver for the client and for you.

Types of Sales Partnerships

Within our Sales Partner Program, we have defined three types of sales partnerships based on the different roles that partners play during the sales cycle:

Contingent Referral Agents (CRAs)

The Contingent Referral Agent earn commissions by providing client lead generation and introductions. The CRA can be a company or an individual. Typically, the CRA is in an unrelated or adjacent business that shares Contingent's pool of prospective Clients. Consider becoming a CRA if you are aware of opportunities within businesses outside your company’s target market, and you have a close relationship with the decision maker(s) of those businesses. The CRA also makes sense if you have access to a steady flow of formal requests for proposals that include activities outside of your company’s target market.

CRA qualifications and requirements include:

Agent Training, Client Lead Registration, Client Lead Introduction.

Contingent Team Agents (CTAs)

The Contingent Team Agent provides ongoing sales support in the form of client lead generation, personal client lead introductions, sales meeting attendance, strategy development & execution, proposal development and any other task in support of closure.

Consider becoming a CTA if you have a unique position with a Client who has asked you to do work outside of your region and you do not have time to set up subcontractor relationships. The CTA partnership also make sense if you are asked to bid on request(s) that are beyond the scope of your internal capabilities and you need help responding and servicing the account in the event of winning the bid.

CTA qualifications and requirements include:

Agent Training, Client Lead Registration, Client Lead Introduction, Sales Meeting Attendance, Strategy Development & Execution, Proposal Development.

Contingent Sales Agents (CSAs)

Contingent Sales Agents earn commissions by providing sales leadership and taking ownership of the lead throughout the entire sales cycle. The CSA is responsible for closure of the client lead on behalf of Contingent, using Contingent as sales support during the process.  As a result, CSAs earn the highest program commission rates.

Consider becoming a CSA if you are in a related field and in order to close business in your target market, you need to offer value-added services that are met by Contingent capabilities.  The CSA might also make sense if you are a hardware or software manufacturer’s representative or value-added reseller who has constant exposure to the “product side” of deals, and could easily bundle services with products if you had someone to fulfill the service orders.

CSA qualifications and requirements include:

Agent Training, Client Lead Registration, Client Lead Introduction, Client Lead Management & Closure.

Easy to Participate

Registering leads with Comcast is easy. Simply send the name and the state of the lead to agents@comcast.com and, within one week, you will receive registration confirmation. If the lead you submit is already registered by another party, we will notify you. We deal with each situation carefully and on a case-by-case basis. The integrity of the program has been the key to its succuess over the years.

There is no obligation to participate and even if you cannot provide support during any of the sales process, you can still earn commissions for referrals.
